You are pretty much out of luck if you want a manual 5 speed. The T5 isn't really stout enough for a full size pickup, especially if you plan to do some towing with it.

I'm running a MoTech install with a non-rubi TC, my understanding is the rubi TC won't hold up. They will trade out the Rubi TC for a non-Rubi that has been strengthened. If you're used to the 4LO of a stock rubicon and then do the conversion to an LS/6L80 with a non-rubi TC, the crawl ratio is nearly identical but the hp/torque is off the hook.
